Fitness has become a core part of my lifestyle, not just physically, but mentally and professionally. What started as a way to stay in shape evolved into something much deeper a foundation for discipline, consistency, and pushing past limits.

Over time, I realized that the same principles that drive progress in the gym showing up every day, staying focused, and embracing discomfort are the exact same principles that translate into business and life. Fitness became more than just workouts; it became a way to build resilience and sharpen my mindset.

In 2024, I completed a 5K Spartan Race in California, which was a turning point for me. It wasn’t just about finishing the race, but about proving to myself that I could push through physical and mental challenges in a completely different environment. The obstacles, the intensity, and the unpredictability all reinforced the idea that growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone.

In May of 2026, I continued to build on my momentum with HYROX NYC. This challenge represented a new level of endurance, strength, and discipline. It wasn’t just about competing. It was about constantly evolving and setting higher standards for myself. I raced Mens Doubles with my friend, Jesse Item. Although we aimed for a SUB 1:15, we finished at 1:33:33. 

Fitness keeps me grounded. It gives me structure in a fast-paced lifestyle and helps me stay focused across everything I’m working on. Whether it’s early mornings, late nights, or squeezing in a workout between meetings, it’s something I prioritize because of the impact it has on every other area of my life.
